I lost 40 pounds! With college, yoga, living in Hawaii with a Karate Master who made me do intense workouts, weight loss became easier. Yoga made me aware of food. I used to binge on junk foods and overeat at meals.
Now I am able to maintain my weight, feel good, and naturally eat healthier! I practice yoga every day and want to share the yoga workouts with great results!
